Upgrade Issues

I app**** for an upgrade 2 weeks ago despite having read all of the bad reviews on Hello Peter... I even brought these up when chatting to the sales lady at the Westwood Mall branch who rep**** that all of her customers are very happy and had received their phones within 3 to 5 working days. I waited a week, called the branch and spoke to Shaylin (Supposed to be the manager of the store) who promised to follow up and come back to me (Monday), I phoned again on Tuesday and was made the same promise. I have again phoned today (Thursday) and have now been told there is a problem with stock in their warehouse. What I would like to know is, has anyone had a good experience with Glocell? Will I ever receive my phone?? Or will they cancel the contract for me since they have not delivered on their side? Maybe I should be contacting Cell C directly as I doubt they would be happy knowing that their brand is associated with such lack of service!
