<p>The service that this company provides is pathetic and the way they treat their customers as well. We sent a phone in for repairs and it's been over 30 days they failed to communicate with regards to what is going on and now we get told to pay for a new phone but it is under warranty. And the fact that there is only 2 stores in Durban is rediculous. Which isn't even in Durban it self. </p>
