Unsatisfactory customer service

<p>Total dissatisfaction of service that I am currently receiving from the Balito branch.I have taken a new contract almost 2 months ago,and was told that I would have the device delivered to me soon as stock was received,and till date,received nothing yet.Every time I had to call to get feedback on the device and was told I would receive it soon.I'm tired of listening to their lies.Not once did I get any courtesy call from the branch.I would like to get some feedback soon.</p>
