<p>Good Day </p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to complain about Glocell Company. It is been over three weaks, I have made bookings for The MSC Boat Cruise and they have not responded back to me. I tried to call them for several times and sending tons of emals, but no one seems to be assisting me. Glocell ****ed people about fooling them, if they signed a new contract they will be giving away MSC Boat Cruise package for free. </p> <p> </p> <p>Regards </p> <p>Keneilwe Ramoncha </p>

30 May 2017, 15:24My complaint was not resolved. Even took the matter to National Consumer Commission, hopefully they will assist. But bear in mind, I won't sign up for any contract with Glocell again in future and I won't recommend it to anyone. Your service sucks period.
