Unreliable service and false advertising

I have reached my level of patience with Glocel! I have on many occasions phoned their call centre last year holding on for an hr, only to be cut off! When I took this contract it was stated that I would qualify to win a cruise and I can only claim this at the beginning of November. When I did call and eventually someone answered said that all the cruises are booked and I do not qualify for the cruise rather than a weekend away which I can only claim in January 2017. This is utter nonsense which then I have reached my level of patience and put everything on hellopeter and I was not surprised that there was a lot of complaints relating to mine. Till this date no one has contacted me from Glocel and I have not used this contract. I requested a cancellation and I’m not surprised that no one has contacted me yet!
