Unhelpful!
<p>This is the second review I have now written about Glocell, I am utterly appalled by their service. I last week tried calling all week, no response. I emailed the help line to please cancel the contract and no response. I have now been on hold for 30 min and I hear the recorded messasge say I am 1 in the line and the call cuts off! Do I have to actually go into a store to get help? Useless customer service!</p>

If there was an answer from the support line I would do so. I spoke to a consultant last week who assured me that international roaming was enabled and now the phone is not working.
