********* behaviour is all Glocell seems to know...

Once again Glocell has misled myself as a customer. I was assured that I will no longer be debited. My contract has ended... it is now approximately 3months since I have given my calendar notice yet the contract continues. I was assured in a string of emails by a specific consultant that i will have funds reimbursed aswell as debiting will not be continued... Guess what, I have been debited. I strongly appeal for this to be rectified. #*********
