The experience i have to share is the same, as most of the Glocell customers out there... I have given notice for cancellation of my contract, I was assured by the Glocell consultant that i will no longer be debited as of December... Guess What... You guessed correct, I have been debited in the month of December.. Hopeless service.. Kindly rectify this with urgency as I have contacted customer service and received zero amounts of joy.
