Unbelievable lack of professionalism/Service

<p>This is my second post, compaint regarding GloCell. After my first complaint documents where sent to me a week later, same documents I had already completed. Sent the original email as proof of completed documents on the 25th October. Its the 11th November and I still don't know if my contract is officially cancelled - unbelievable</p> <p> </p> <p>All I ask is that I get it in writing that my contract is cancelled - it will probably snow before that happens</p> <p> </p>
