Unauthorised debits

I had a contract with autopage however they closed and Glocell took over, My contract ended last year in September to which I called in and cancelled, also filled out the termination form and sent it back, the consultant advised me the process is complete.

HOWEVER I am still been DEBITED since than, I called glocell today and after explaining my situation 3 times, the line disconnected.

I will not keep calling glocell instead from this review I hope that glocell calles me back
