Unauthorised debit order off my account

<p>I never signed up with Glocell. My contract with Altech Autopage went to GloCell automatically on the takeover and I cancelled my contract on 1 March 2016 before the takeover. I sent numerous emails (all of which I have on record) to cancel my contract and stop the debit orders. I stopped the debit order with the bank. I called and emailed GloCell on numerous occassions to try and get some concrete response from them that they had received my cancellation letter. On the 28th April I called and spoke to someone who said the contract had been cancelled and that I must not worry but they tried to debit my account again in May 2016. I have all this history. Eventually the debit orders stopped and I thought it was finally over. In July 2017 I received an email saying there was an outstanding amount owing to GloCell and if I don't pay I will be blacklisted. GloCell then debited my account 1 August 2017.</p> <p>GloCell get your act together. You will not debit my account ********ly!</p>
