Unable to cancel debit order and contract for more than a year now

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>Can you please assist me with this issue. I have been trying to cancel my glocell contract for more than a year now.</p> <p>They have still not cancelled my contract or my debit order so I have been paying for more than a year for a contract I am not using.</p> <p> </p> <p>I call contacted the customer service department on several occasions and to date have had no joy or conclusion. Each time I called I was asked to resubmit my termination letter, then I would get confirmation that they received my correspondance anf it has been cancelled. But the debit order goes off again and then I am back at the start of this cycle.</p> <p> </p> <p>Are you able to help me with this termination and reimbur*****t? I expect to be paid for all the debit orders i was charged since first confirmation of cancellation.</p> <p> </p> <p>I can provide email correspondance that have to and from Glocell</p> <p> </p> <p>Your assistance will be appreciated.</p>
