Total lack of customer service

I had to buy more data as my data got used up. Discovered that i cant top up via my Fnb as Cell c says my cell isnt rgistered with them. I have my phone contract with glocell with cell c? it makes no sense? i call glocell center - get put on hold for 20 minutes someone picks up every now and then and put sm back on hold without saying a word, you can hear peopel chatting in the background - sounds like these peope are all sitting at someone house in the back yard running a call center. eventually, my call gets cut off. Again i try again same story again cut off. I call head office injhb, ask for th manager get told they are busy - i leave a message saying what terrible service and I want this sorted out. No one gets back to me. Absolutely disgusting service. Im moving my account to vodacom or mtn
