This cant be legal

<p>Glocell. They must be the worst service provider ever. I didnt really even have a choice to join them since they took over the contract from autopage. No matter though I will be porting from them shortly. My son got hold of my phone and surfed youtube using mobile data. So my phone got locked due to a high data bill. Now I can understand that they locked the data because I have used my limit. However I have over 300 free minutes available for use and for which I have already paid for and they are telling me that I cannot use them unless I increase my data spend limit. So in other words either potentially spend more on data with them or sorry you cannot use your FREE minutes which are available to you. To make the experience even worse the telephone numbers on the invoice that they send you dont even work. You have phone Cell C who then refer you to an 087 number which is a terrible connection and for which you have to pay for. Have you ever heard of a service provider charging you to call their service centre......I am going this afternoon to port my number. I have been due for an upgrade for sometime but hadnt really thought to bother to do so. But now I am going to do it as soon as possible. Bye bye glocell</p>
