The Worst business to deal with

<p>I have never been more frustrated dealing with an organisation before. </p> <p>Glocell do not bother to send me monthly invoices and statements. On a monthly basis, I am expected to call in and request for these documents, each time holding on for a minumum of 30 minutes.</p> <p>By the time I do receive the information, it is too late because they have already charged me incorrectly and have already debited my account. Trying to get credits passed has been unsuccessful.</p> <p>Today, I called to speak to a manager but nobody with any authority had the time to take my call.</p> <p>The most frustrating thing about this whole situation is that I did not choose Glocell. My 3 contracts were handed over by Altech (also not chosen by me - Nasua Mobile took this decision).</p> <p>I will never recommend them to anybody.</p>
