Terrible unprofessional service
<p>I have a contract with Altech Autopage Cellular which was subsequently taken over by Glocell . This contract expired in February 2016 . The contract was however somehow renewed without aproval .I have been waiting over 6 months for a copy of this contract. I have requested that the contract be terminated. The issue has been esculated a number of times but there is still no resolution I have made at least 50 complaints to the call centre sent at least 30 e-mails and still have yet to recieve a response other than this matter has been escalated. What nonsense how long does it take to give me proof of this so called contract.</p>

Still no response other than asking for my contact details. Probably still investigating this is the standard answer. How long do you need to investigate this is no Nkandla this is a contract dispute.
