Terrible service provider
<p>An old Altech client who is in the unfortunate position of having my account now in the hands of Glocell.Billing issues ,no customer service with visits to the Greenstone Branch daily for past month.</p> <p>Presented all statements and documentation requesting assistance with emails to the CEO brushed aside as being settled.Far from the truth.The bill grows daily .</p> <p>When staff tell you how powerless they are and no one can make a decision I am in for a lot more hassles.</p> <p>Dont join Glocell .</p>
