Terrible service and cheap generic screens (Glocell Galleria)

I took my phone to them when I damaged my screen after spilling sanitiser on it. I was utterly disappointed. They put the wrong colour screen on it because the white screens they had weren't working. Then they tried 3 different black screens and every time it came back it wasn't working properly, until weeks later when they took my phone to uMhlanga and discovered it was a bad batch of screens. Then they replaced it a screen from a new batch and it still had the same problem, due to the inconvenience of having to go back and forth with them for weeks on end, eventually I got fed up and I took my phone as is. The phone has gotten worse ever since and I am utterly fed up with it and the cheap generic screens they use. Either the screen freezes every few minutes and the phone has to be rebooted or certain keys on the keyboard suddenly stop working requiring another reboot or the screen just presses itself without any input from me, I have never seen such **** work before honestly. I later went back with another phone that needed a software update and the guy didn't recognise me. He sold me the same BS he did before and I refused, After my experience I would never recommend them to anyone
