Terrible Service

I was moved to Glocell when Altech sold their Cell C clientele to them and have only gotten good service once! Their website has numbers that do not work and their app has not been able to allow me to purchase a data bundle in over a month resulting in out of bundle charges on my bill! If there can let me move to another provider, I'd leave in a rush!!! I called their call centre and was literally cut off when I explained that I wanted to know which bundles were available before purchasing any telephonically as I would prefer self-service instead, if it worked.
