Terrible Service

<p>I've been trying to get hold of Glocell since, Friday 30 September 2016, and from the reviews i can see they had a problem with there customer service telephone lines, but i was told by Nadine Adams today, this is the 1st time she is hearing of this. I went to the Samsung store in the V&A Waterfront to get my S5 screen fixed, this will be the 2nd free repair, but i was told i needed proof of purchase, i'm sure the 1st time around my details had to be on the system, i struggled to get through and therefore i couldnt get my phone fixed and apparently my warrenty expired, but my contract is still valid until the 29th December 2016. I've been an Altech Autopage customer for years and never had any problems. I am due for an upgrade but i am thinking twice of supporting a company that does not provide proper customer service. I NEED MY PHONE FIXED, and i want to know how are you going to assist this LOYAL CUSTOMER, thats been with this company for many years, its not my fault that your system was down. My phoned would of been fixed and this could have been avoided. I've been holding on for nearly 1hour trying to sort this out, Nadine Adams does not keep me updated when i asked her to speak to a manager, after 15min she comes back and says she can't find a manager...what kind of Mickey Mouse business is this....1 HOUR...THIS IS DISGUSTING!!!!!</p>
