Terrible Customer service & No Response / Feedback

Absolutely terrible service from Glocell.

After admitting that a ********** upgrade was processed in my name, Glocell still did not reslove the issue, or at least responded to any of my numerous E-mails over the past 2 weeks...

This is absolutely pathetic...
