Terrible customer service - account cancelled, though still being deducted off bank account

<p>We terminated our contract with Glocell after the 2 year contract period. Glocell still to the day deducts the contract money from our account. We would like our refund and the contract to be terminated with immediate effect. </p> <p> </p> <p>We have phoned numerous times, to no avail. Does Glocell actually exist???</p>
