Termination of contract

<p>Send termination information (of accountholder) and payment for cancellation of contract. Was told that phone will go on pay as you go on 01/04/2017 in order for me to change to another service provider. Called yesterday (even though they were helpfull all the previous times I called even though I am not the account holder) and they did not give me any information.
