TERIBLE SERVICES RECIEVED FROM GLOCELL CUSTOMER CARE

My name is Victor Arumugam, I am an Autopage customer . I received an sms stating that glocell will be handling my account. On the 15th of each month my account gets debited by autopage, on the 15 April 2016 no money was debited from my account. I called glocell and they told me that they are sorry but I can pay cash in an absa account they provided me with. On 30 April 2016 I made a payment of R400.00 I used my cellphone number as a reference, I have 2 cellphone contract*** and ***) I pay R199.00 per contract. On 6 May 2016 both my cellphones were suspended, I called customercare (***) and they asked me to send the proof of payment which I did. Only one cellphone was open ***) I called again they said they I must send proof payment again I told them that I did and the R400.00 I paid was for both cellphones , the lady told me that they will connect the second phone***). I made several calls and I was told that it will be connected . I called everyday but the consultants tell me that I am connected. I ask to be transferred to the billing department I am told that there don't take calls at billing department. When I ask to the manager I'm put on hold and the call gets disconnected. On Friday 13 May I made a payment again of R200 and used cell number *** because I was told that I never put the cell number as a reference. I emailed the proof of payment , I called the call centre again they confirmed they received the proof of payment and told me I will my phone will connected but it is still not connected. This has been an inconvenience to my wife as she uses this phone as she travels daily to work about 80km return a day. My cellphone ***) is still not connected. some of the names of the consultants I spoke to was Felecity, Marlin, Nande, Nkululeko there were more but I cant recall their names. Victor Arumugam ***)
