Taking money as they please for services not used

I will never recommend Glocell to anyone.

I took out a contract with them in December last year and at first the debit order did not go off at all. After phonong them about this problem they told me that my bank details were never logged. I had to pay the invoice for January month with an EFT Payment. Registration fees of R300 extra also had to be paid

But then came the next dissapointment my bill for February month at that stage (beginning of Feb) was already R1300 and the only explanation is that I used R800 worth of data after midnight on the 15th of January. The sim card was not even in a device untill end January and according to my knowledge I filled out a limit form of R50 the day I took out the contract. So I called and filled out a form again and logged a query about the data after holding the line for an hour on and off with the consultant

Today when I phoned to hear about the query and asked them to send me my bill for the 3rd time, they told me there was no query logged and that there was no limit form received as well - and that I will just have to pay the account

So now I have to pay R1300 for a contract that to my knowledge and what I agreed on and signed for was only R500 per month

Poor service delivery and *********** customers on a daily basis should be Glocell's new slogan as they are definitely not the "mobile generation"
