Suspended account because glocell didn't debt

<p>I had taken a contract in june with glocell n after after contacting many time as to why they have not debited my account for their money the response was unsure. On the 3 Aug I call in the call center to see as to why my data not working only to find out that my account suspended because account not paid. But the account is not paid because glocell did not debt me.. now they want me to pay directly into their account. Such an inconvenience for me n very *********** from glo cell. I ask them to do an immediate debt they said can't. Call center agent told me that they don't debit on the 1st which I was so shocked to know however my partners debit went of on the first .</p>
