Still waiting my contract voice recording

<p>I took a contract with Glocell early this year telephonically and it was the special of going to a cruise Msc cruise and the telephone conversation the lady told me the cruise is going to Mozambique I then asked my friends to take the contracts as well only to find-out the cruise is not going to Mozambique I the called Glocell and asked for my recording as their calls are recorded since now I am still waiting even complained on email I am still waiting not even a call back to understand my frastration. I told them to cancel the contract but still there is an amount that's going off monthly from my account... </p>
