Still waiting for a phone 6 months later

<p>My mother was due for an upgrade for her phone in April 2016. She was then informed that Cell C will now be taking theaw contracts over. We have sent emails re the upgrade, been asked to fill and refill forsa. To send documents over and over. We even told that a courier was sent to deliver her phone at home which is a lie because on the said date, 6 September, the house was busy and we have dogs that alert us when there's movement outside. She even resorted to sending an email to the ceo and this person said he'd sort it out. This is by far the most pathetic service we have ever received. We are being **** to by agents who axt surprised and tell us that "they're quickly running upstairs to find out what the problem is". We actually want to cancel this contract because of how we have been treated. </p>
