STILL NO FEEDBACK!! Non existant service

<p>My first complaint was on the 5th of October. Since then the person who run the Facebook Page for Glocell has been communicating with me and promised to send my query to the relevant department. <br />My father still haven't received any feedback from them. He's trying to get someone to send him his montly statments but that's an impossible task.<br />Even if he tries to call someone at Glocell, they either don't pick up or they put him on hold for hours.<br /><br /></p>
