Stay away from Glocell

After much hassle I took out a telephonic contract with Glocell. I was contacted by an agent called Phumzile Moretlwe after registering 2 Hellopeter complaints against Glocell. This lady promised me that my delivery would be 3 weeks ago, every week she informs me that they did not receive stock but assures me I will have the device by the next week, until the next week comes and its the same story again. She has promised to get management to call me over a week ago and now she is even ignoring my emails to her. This leaves me to wonder if the initial process with glocell is so pathetic - what is the after sale like? Very poor customer service and as a consumer you should stay away from this service provider as the clearly cannot provide anything let alone service.
