STATEMENT
<p>On the 3 January i spoke to Zahir in your call centre about various aspects of my account. i discovered that i have charged for statements but never receive them. After giving him my correct email address he promised to send me my statement ASAP. I have aslo requested this through the email address provided on your website. I have received no response from Zahir or from your email enquiry line whch does not even register an enquiry and provide a reference number like many other companies. Can you please send me my last 6 statements for cell no ********** 103 to ********** Thank You.</p>
