So dissappointed

<p>Amongst numerous other problems with Glocell-this one is just the worst Ive experienced!</p> <p>I have a Samsung Tablet on contract with Glocell. It was sent to Glocell for repairs. The device has come back damaged-as if an unexpereinced technician couldnt pry the device open-there are scratches on every coner of the device and one corner completely chipped out. ALSO, whomever worked on my device has helped themselves to my memory card :( </p> <p>I have since contacted Glocell twice, emailed twice-and yet still not response. </p> <p> </p>
