Sim deactivated twice

Im soo fed up of running back and forth wth this people. I completed my contract with Glocell & receive a letter to say all is fine and I can finally give notice to cancel my contract. I gv them notice and ported my no to another network & to prepaid, They deactivated my sim, not once but twice, I run a business and im loosing out on my clients, they cnt get hold of me cauz sum person at glocell(they cudnt gv me the name of the fool) that deactivated both my sims. I need to get another sim card again due to their silliness. I need someone to assis me with this query that's not even my fault. My fone has been off now for over 5 weeks. wht must I do????
