SHODDY AND VERY *****

<p>In April this year my husband was approached by his friends sister who works for Glocell, about the MSC cruise promotion.. He informed me about it and i thought it was a good deal and so i signed up.. After literally 40 +emails back and forth to her and about 6 other people in the company, i was eventually promised delivery, which took about 3 weeks and 2 wrong items delivered.. All well and good, anyway i received my parcel.. Now being the time for us to book our cruise and the numbers ring or are constantly engaged.. i have tried calling the head office and the number is just engaged.. im sure every person who has complained about about this, is upholding their side of their contract, i know i am. so now what are we supposed to do..? I have decided that i am going to go to one of their stores this weekend and speak to someone(just for the benefit of the doubt) and failing that i dont get any joy there, i am going to take them to court.. i work in the civil court and i have spoken to my magistrate who says that i can sue them for breach of the contract, i think everyone who is having problems with this Glocell MSC thing should do the same. Glocell has royally messed up now and they dont know what to do.. so now i have no choice but to take further legal action aganst them cos GOD knows if i fail to honour my payments, they will do the same to me..</p>
