Shocking service from glocell

<p>When phoning glocell support to "support" me in an address change i am pushed from pillar to post withthe support staff. nobody knows what they doing there. when i eventually get through to speak to someone who might be able to help and request and updated invoice this smart person sends me a complete strangers statement and invoice. all i want to do is update my residence with Glocell. on the long hold to speak to someone there are prompts that you can email Glocell to "SUPPORT" you. i have logged 5 queries with them and all are still waiting for some feedback. Glocell service is lacking and disapointing. i honestly hope someone will contact me soon to resolve this issue.</p>
