Shocking service

My mother of 78 had an Autopage contract which was taken over by Glocell. Her upgrade was due and they contacted her with regard to the upgrade. Because the Cell C reception is very bad where she lives she said she did not want to upgrade.

Very long story short, my mother was contacted and asked to meet the courier at a certain location as they do not deliver to the farm. She waited at the location for hours, no one arrived and my mother could not get in contact with anyone. A few days later the phone was delivered to the local school, with nobody signing for it. Fortunately one of the teachers knows my mother.

We have been trying to contact them, to no avail. I went into the Cape Gate office on Tuesday, only to the told that there is nothing that can be done. The company is closing down and Cell C is taking over the client base from 1 March 2018.
