Shocking ******* services

<p>My account at Altech autopage was bought out by Glocell in the same month that it was due to expire. I asked for a termination which has still not been done in 2 months. However, someone managed to *******ly do a sim swop on my phone causing me to freeze my personal and bank accounts. The amount of stress and time it consumed to do another sim swop was unbelievable and then Glo cell still want to charge me for them. They are also still charging me for a phone that was via Altech and has been paid for. Everytime you phone the customer care line you hang on for at least 15 minutes after which you are usually automatically disconnected and have to start again!! Dont try email - they send a reply saying they received it but nothing further. No-one phones back. No -one emails and their call centre agents are often rude and unhelpful. Absolutely disgusting ******* service.! How do i get my number released???</p>
