Shabby and irregular treatment by GloCell

Has anyone else had problems with GloCell? Their service is non-existent apart from billing clients month after month for a phone that is no longer in use. I have tried for four months to cancel this and only ever get referred to customer service number ********** which when dialed gives a recorded voice message that "the number you ave dialed does not exist. ". When I try the phone number at their offices in Midrand it just rings and rings and rings until it cuts off. I have been forced to pay R1200++ that accrued while I was trying to get hold of somebody to attend to my problem with them and now they want me to pay a one month cancellation fee! The only contact I am able to have is via email to their billing department - which said department precipitated the whole debacle in the first place. Their are no names of Board members or management team etc on websites so they are obviously terrified (and rightly so) of dealing directly with gravely dissatisfied (soon to be ex) clients.
