Service ? what service?

<p>I have been trying to get hold of someone at Glocell for the last week now, my sim card is not working and I need assistance . I was lucky to get through the one day , but to someone that doesnt even know what im talking about , left my number for someone to contact me back...guess what nobody did. This is really frustrating . Worse customer service i have ever came across .</p>
