Service suks big time
<p>i want to terminate my contract with immdediate effect i send them the documentation to cancel it the 28/09/2016 when i followed up they advise me that my contract will be cancelled end of this month which means that im gonna have to pay another 2 premuim before they cancel it. Why should i wait till the end of october for them to terminate my line when i sent them the documentation right after my contract has ended the 20/09/2016. This is so NOT TREATING THE CUSTOMER FAIRLY!!!!!!!</p>
