Service Appalling from Charl Naude
<p>I reported ***** on my account with Glocell more than 6 months ago and Charl Naude has done absolutely nothing about it. I have had more than R7000 *****eulently debited from Glocell and they just allocated a ticket number to me and have done nothing. The lack of empathy, care and simple service is shocking from Glocell. I am still being billed for a contract I know nothing about. Glocell should close down its useless customer service department judging from the reviews and responses from Glocell on this site. </p>
