**** **** **** Glocell / TLC MSC Cruise Cellphone Contract

<p>RESPECT/RESPECT/RESPECT......IS THIS SO OBVIOUS THERE IS PROBLEMS WITH GLOCELL, BUT TO STEEL FROM CUSTOMERS IS UNACCEPTABLE****Promotional offer before 15 June 2016.....Apply for new contract and get a trip to nowhere on TLC MSC Cruise*****We spoke to Abbigail and Missiah from Glocell....They were soooo convincing Abbigail even phoned TLC to confirm if all is okay.....The deal was signed and on the Monday we registered and received the unique codes. Ronell Erasmus Unique code 977808 and Ondeen Benade Unique Code 464095.....You are only allowed to book 1 November 2016 also provide the number where to make the booking.......so we wait till November.....On the 1st Nov 2016 we tried and tried without any success...Then I used another number and spoke to Jordash around 9:00am. He said to me we are 2nd and 3rd on the list and someone will contact us soon....So we wait another few days without any success.....I'm working at Telkom...the number was ceased....so I looked on the internet TLC CEO Marketing Derek Miller ********** 597...called him. Explained the situation and he said he'll get someone to call me. He did give his e-mail address to me and I did sent my contact details and all necessary....We had to apply for our passport and underbridge certificate in order to make the booking......eventually Tsheko Sereme sent me a mail. We need to attach all the contracts the Passports...few days later I called him because the number was on the mail....the come back with a mail to say that we can only BOOK 2018....are they crazy or what....now they want to give us an holiday (like when you listen to one of their holiday promotions and then you get that weekend away) THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE......since then nobody respond.....!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p>
