Say no!! to Glocell

If I could rate this company big fat '0' I would.

Poor customer service. It took more than 6 weeks to receive a new phone, when I was told 7 working days. A data package was added as a promo for the life of the contract, then before the end of the month it was revoked, leaving me with no data, thus any additional data I used was billed to me. They then changed the package spec's I had signed up for, and when I pointed out their mistake I was told it would take 48 to 72 Hours to resolve.

Unacceptable.

All they are worried about is money.
