Rude and unhelpfull

<p>My Mother used to be with autopage when the account went to glocell she has had endless problems.</p> <p>She went into the shop at Cresta shopping mall where the lady they were meant to help her told her she is lying when she said she gets an SMS at the beginning of the month saying her account is recharged with 100 minutes and 200 minutes cell C to cell C wich she got for the last TWO YEARS, but apparently this never happens and she is wrong. Then she was leaving the shop as they say its a mistake and she could never have that from cell C the woman looks at the other in the shop and says this woman is cheeky hey.</p> <p> </p>
