Repair taking forever

<p>Was moved from Autopage to GloCell when Autopage was sold and i dropped my phone, i have insurance on it and sent it in for repairs, first of all they took more than a week to collect and with many phone calls eventrually collected, after 2 weeks at GloCell no one can give me a status on my handset!!!! They really have terrible service, i will not renew my contract or take a contract with them ever in my life.</p> <p>After i phoned them they just said we are waiting for the access to be paid and no one contacted me, if i didn't phone them i would never have heard back from them, REALLY REALLY BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>After having excelent service with Autopage for more than 15 years they have lost my support.</p>
