Repair of handset

<p>Contract was taken over from Auto Page in March 2016, my contract started on 16 Jan 2015 with AP, I had a problem with my handset in March 2016, Glocell repaired it and returned handset to me in June 2016,just to give the same problem 6 months later, now they are refusing to repair handset due to their warranty is only valid for 12 months and AP said the warranty is for 24 months, when Glocell repaired it in March 2016 the 12 month warranty was not in question, Glocell does not answer mails sent to them from their own outlets, thank goodness my contract has expired on 16 Jan 2017, awaiting replies to my mails I sent them. Mr Nare Duba at Polokwane Branch assisted as much as possible but the problem lies with their repair centre and Head Office.</p>
