renewed Contract - 2 WEEKS LATER still nothing

<p>We phoned 3 weeks ago on a Saturday to upgrade our current contract. </p> <p>Everything was finalized and said delivery will be between 5-7 days.</p> <p>THey said that they will phone back closer to delivery to confirm address </p> <p>NEEDLESS to say we HAVENT HEARD FROM GLOCELL ever since</p> <p>We phoned last week just to be told we MUST tell them which branch is CLOSES to Jeffreysbay where we stay. </p> <p>WOW dont they have maps or know where they branches are located. </p> <p>THIS is really pathetic DO THEY NOT WANT OUR BUSINESS (took us over from Autopage)</p> <p>ALmost cancelled the contract as we struggled to get hold of them during the change over from Autopage to Glocell to find out when we due for an upgrade. </p> <p>Took us 3 days just to get through to their customer service...</p> <p>We decided to give them a chance and renew the contract!</p> <p>BIG MISTAKE we should have cancelled right there and then...and their serivce is up to ****!</p> <p>No store in jbay only 2 in Eastern Cape</p> <p> </p> <p>SO DO YOU WANT OUR BUSINESS OR NOT???? ********** </p> <p> </p> <p>hOW LONG WILL WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE NEW PHONE ?????</p>
