R1550 Data bill shock with R50 spending limit

Beware of Glocell, they lure you in with great deals and then you can't contact them again. I took a Cell C deal @ R99pm for 5GB data pm and then they promised me a free cruise. I had to wait 3 months for the sim and with the first invoice they charged me about R900 and I had to explain that I took the deal and needed to send proff of when I phoned, luckily they could trace my number and fixed the first bill, I explained to the this is a data sim so I don't want caller line identity and they should put a R50 spending cap as data charges can get out of control quickly, which they did or so I thought because this month I've received a R1550 bill shock for data charges and low and behold the CLIP is back. How's this possible I thought, so I've decided to phone them, they don't answer there phone, not the customer service not the head office and even the shops phone number isn't working, and no response to emails. Now I want to cancel my contract but there's no way of contacting them, if you can't contact them you can't cancel, it's actually a brilliant plan if you're them but you're not so beware before signing a "2 year" contract because that is a minimum term and you will pay until you cancel, which is obvoiusly an impossible task.

More than a year later and no-one from GloCell to contacted me. I had to pay the R1550 amount even though my maximum spend limit was capped at R50. At least they allowed me to pay a penalty so that I can cancel prematurely, this was the only way to prevent any future bill shocks.
