PURE POOR, NO SERVICE AT ALL

I am a forced Glocell contract member. Nashua closed down and gave my contract to Auto Page which also went down and then I landed up wit Glocell.

This is not my first complaint. I am situated in the Vaal Triangle where there are no Glocell shops to visit. The only contact I have is ********** and when I dial this number you hold on for 20 min, somebody answer and then the phone on their side just goes dead.

My problem at this stage is that 3 weeks ago I got a message on my phone ********** that I had to reload my watch up, with no success. I took the phone to Cell C which could not assist me but told me that I have to make a sim swop and can only do it with Glocell where I get no respond. The people are not friendly at all, they do not even ask my cell number.

At this stage I am not too concern about the watch up situation but I urgently want to cancel my contract immediately without any cost. How can I get hold of the correct division to assist me with my request, My contract expires at the end of January 2019 and am sure they will just renew it without me being notified.

I am 68 years old and do not have the energy to fight a battle with this company
