Pulling Hens Teeth

<p>When you renew your contract everything is so easy to get the contract signed and sealed and whats more you even get a free cruise with it. Registering for the free cruise is even easier but try and finalise your booking. Nevermind the fact that the mail you receive gives you the option of phoning in or emailing to finalize your cruise, you inevitably end up with a mail that tells you to phone a number where you will sit and wait for a consultant for hours. The money in phone calls that you spend is not worth the cruise anyway. Now Glocell..If you want to get people to renew contracts and promise great things then make the great things accessible or stick them and your contract. Trying to finalize this cruise has become an absolute irritation in my life. I am now abroad and could not even be bothered to try and phone again.. Is it so difficult to sort this out with a simple email or is the object of the exercise to make it as difficult as possible to minimise the takers...Thanks for nothing.</p>
